Basically, if you're smart, you would recognize that this question is asking:

Would you commit murder?

Pushing a button (and getting a reward for it) makes you removed from the fact that you are committing atrocious acts. This is similar to what the Nazis did.

easy, i'd push it as many times as i want. with hundreds of billions of ppl in the world and only 1 person dying per million dollars, id easily go till i had enough money to take out bill gates, and if im lucky...the button will do that for me.

Pushing that button kills one of the following people.

1. Hitler(back when he was alive, before he got all raged etc)
2. A random kid anywhere in the world
