6 / 2 (1 + 2)

Distribute the 2:

6 / 2(1) + 2(2)

6 / 2 + 4 =

6 / 2 = 3 + 4 = 7....

~cough~

Anyhoo, its based on whether you leave the parenthesis on or not

6 /2 (3) = 1

or 6 / 2 * 3 = 9

I personally think it's 1 =\

just because parenthesis is usually what I type when theres no

multiplication symbol initially
