Parenthesis
Exponent
Multiplication
Division
Addition
Subtraction

When its supposed to be

Parenthesis
Exponent
Multiplication AND Division left to right
Addition AND Subtraction left to right.

meaning we do 6 / 2 first and then multiply by 3

If you use BEDMAS/PEMDAS/etc, you get 9 and only 9
The way it's written as is, is ambiguous
