yes you got the right answer... but no you explained it horribly... that is why people got 1, because they used PEMDAS and followed it EXACTLY how it's ordered
you don't do muliplication before division and vice-versa... they are done the same time, From LEFT to RIGHT.
so if you have a problem like 10 x 2 ÷ 2 , you start with the multiplication; so with 10 ÷ 2 x 2 , you start with the division.
