Haven't seen the movies, comics, or TV show, outside of some Justice League while I was a kid. Haven't seen more than a couple episodes of DBZ either. Goku dies of a heart disease, superman is immune to disease, goku lives like 45 years (including his 8 or so deaths), superman lives 85,000 years.
