You get a 10 coin (and 500 dust) bonus every day you have a Pokemon in a gym. If you have them in more than one gym, it multiplies the reward. You can collect once every 21 hours, and you collect in the Shop section of the PB menu.

Yup. Go to the store when you have a Pokemon in a gym as a defender and you'll see the number of gyms you're defending in a shield icon in the upper right. Tap it and you'll get 10 pokecoins and 500 stardust per gym, can cash out every 22 hours.

Spent 5$ for increased item storage. I wouldn't buy anything other then storage tho. Got 100 more space, don't think I'll need to spend anymore on it. Plus I'm having fun so I don't mind spending a little $ on the free app.

I figured once I start getting high cp and can while out a gym with ease I'll start slamming em and saving up for those.
