Yeah, there's also that awful bit, where is dependant on the time of day. The noodle of the day when everyone's at work is great but uh.
Ten bucks more a month for 4x upload, mostly the same download, and dealing with a decent company when things go wrong seems like a good deal, especially when the speed doesn't depend on your neighbours.
