If you are storing it somewhere your cabinet or storage, you must protect it with a big ziplock, this is the reason why some classic console collectors protect their collections


Some classic gaming stores do this, nes sega games etc etc are covered with ziplock or plastic wrap to prevent moisture from going in time to time

If you have bulk games, you should put it in a nice tight sealed container

Don't know if the outlet converter or whatever is removable or not. If not all you can do is cleaning or replace make sure the games aren't the problem either
