It's not an ar 15 problem, or even a gun problem. It's an ideology/mental health problem. Ak 47s are banned in France, but that didn't stop radical Islamics from killing 130 individuals with...ak 47s. Take the Orlando massacre for example. This Muslim piece of shit was in the club for THREE...HOURS...before the swat team stormed the place & killed him. Rather he had an semi automatic weapon, a pistol or shotgun, the outcome would have been the same. What would banning ARs do ? Criminals don't obey laws. They would obtain one on the "black market" & if that didn't work they'd bring a couple of .45 caliber handguns with 20 extended magazines. Extremist who are bent on causing death & mayhem will do it one way or another. Rather it's with semi automatic weapons in Orlando, pressure cookers in Boston, or box cutters & planes in NY. Banning guns won't solve anything.

It's a carbine. Carbine. They called it an AR-15 style rifle to demonize it. It's a carbine, not an AR-15 and it certainly isn't an assault rifle.

never said that ar15s is a machine gun its semi auto
not like m16s and m4s that are fully auto assault rifles/weapon...

The point is to reduce the frequency/make it tougher for the attacks to happen. Because there have been shootings, does not necessarily mean the gun control is not working. There are always ways to circumvent.

I feel make it harder for ppl to get these type of guns
right now all u need is a ptp wich looks back like 2 years...

They will be way harder to get. I dont remember the last time i knew were to get drugs......oh wait.

Id reason that its still harder/riskier than if it was legal and you could go to a store.

also drugs are a product that you usually continually buy. You dont really have gun hook-ups unless you go through a lot of guns

Harder? If they made weed legal and i had to go to the store to buy it then i would have to go to the store.......Currently i can have it delivered to my door. The only people who it will be harder to buy guns for are the people who never break laws in the first place.

Hell, i can get guns easier and faster from places that are not gun stores. Gun stores would not be my first option of a means to buy a gun.

I'm done responding here until you actually post something where I feel you've actually read and are using the proper terms. I have no way of knowing what you're actually fighting for until you do this, or at least go into more detail.

Also the only diff between assault weapons and assault rifles is how many bullets per sec can be fired.

assault weapon - single fire
assault rifle - fully auto

Not a big diff. Jus a way to expand the rifle def...

Oh shit man, you got me there you would have to go to the store. its not like they would make a delivery service or anything if weed was legal

eta: is having to wait a few days for a background check to go through going to make your life terrible?
