And in that case they're generally given housing separate from the general population. He'll get 3 months of solitary in a padded cell, likely on suicide watch day 1 given his fall from grace and the national media attention.

Well, sure there needs to be a discussion on that. But to have the focus of that discussion be how women should behave in order to not get raped is ludicrous. Because that puts the onus on the woman to not attract a potential rapist, not on the man to not rape people in the first place.

Getting too drunk shouldn't carry an inherent risk of being raped. Just because it happens sometimes doesn't make it her fault. And it doesn't make it logical.

Everybody that uses roads or streets are at an increased risk of a injury or death, but it doesn't make every single driver and pedestrian at fault.
