painless suicide is for pussies. make sure you go out in a fireball or sth. at least you'll keep some of your integrity.

What really matters after death though? Wanting to leave some sort of legacy behind reveals that you actually leave some sort of value in your image that is viewed by others... If you care about that and see suicide as your only option... I can only think you are in dire straights.

In my personal opinion ( being a loser myself) I think you should just live for yourself. Of course having good morals (like treating your family well and those around you like you would yourself) would help ensure an easier overall life... Seeking small pleasures for yourself is, in my opinion, the best way to help you establish some sort of identity that will help 'root' yourself to this world. It will also give you reasons to struggle through the daily or frequent problems that you may encounter.

I'm sure many people live similar lives to those that are depressed yet they aren't, and this is mainly because of a certain tenacity in their own reality, or their own perspective, whichever you desire to call it. The only way to have this sort of perspective from a more depressed one is to change.... It takes a lot of will power, something that those who lack objectives or goals often lack. Maybe set some goals, some that you can reach in the short-term.

Maybe some hobbies.... These are just things I can say not related to problems that you may have.... It is probably things you've thought of or heard of before....
Some other time I could lend a ear to problems anybody may have with their life and help you think through them... But now I've got to spend at least SOME time on my paper... Got to get it done...

Yes, ChrisKz knows what's up.
Happiness or not doesn't come from external factors such as a rich social life, having a girlfriend or owning expensive shit. What it comes down to is perspective and how one perceives reality.

so i recently accepted that my life has no value, i think that's some step close to suicide?

i don't think killing myself is a bad option i suppose, but if i were to try and stop this from happening what would i do?

is there really any way for an evil undeserving life to suddenly gain the ability to be good?

shit post on, but if anyone has any information on this it would be nice

although i don't believe seeking out hobbies or small pleasures is necessarily the answer. they definitely help you get your feet on the ground, and may be incremental in the long run. a strong emotional reason is usually the best driving force towards a better life. unfortunately, that can only come through severe trauma that leads to an epiphany about one's true nature.

i know how unreceptive depressed/confused minds are to what lies beyond their affliction. there is no point in me trying to talk to you.
