we however have dozens of users that constantly encourage you to stop touching your little cousin

so who's the real guilty party attacking their family

Who exactly are you going to accuse here?

because if you file court documents with the name "derm@d2jsp.org" you wont get far. And websites dont get subpoenaed for slander cases, there needs to be criminal damage to garner a warrant.
