There's a german girl like that I work with, she's barely 18 and a few inches taller than me, she's fine as hell and actually acts more mature than all the other girls in their 20's. She seems to be pretty cool and I would hit it ina heartbeat if I had the chance but she's a bit outta my league and I would feel weird coming on to a girl 12 years younger than me
