This is the same for cats and dogs. :)

It all depends on whether the pet's owner has enough patience to teach the cat/dog some manners.

No. Cats never have fucking manners. They're stubborn and only like you for your food. 9 times out of 10 when you call for a cat to come to you, it'll just stare at you with that weird fucking look cats get, like they're all smug and they know something you don't. It's infuriating. A dog will just come to you no matter what for a cuddle session and expect nothing in return.

My dog poops and pisses inside. Often pisses not on the pee-pee pad.. :zzz:

My dog never comes to me when I call for her, only way is if she has a toy or I start making weird sounds.
My cat cuddles with me, I'll say it.

Strange.

I've had 5 cats, and none of them were anything like what you just described. All of them follow(ed) the potty rules, and all of them adoooooooooooore(d) social contact.
