Silly name imo. He has 100 teeth that constantly replace themselves... much like a shark. He is toothful if anything.

Not when those teeth are so small they could fit 10 on the head of a pin. I've never had a gecko bite but i cant imagine it would do much to a human. Probably downright terrifying if you happen to be a small insect though.
