Isn't it true that hepatitis A goes away on its own in like 6 months? So why worry about getting it? I believe that's the only kind that is passed through fecal matter and you get it through food/drinks, and the other ones are through blood.

Who cares if it goes away I 6months or 2 days, you dont want it. And you get it throigh the water and anything you ingest really.

Because if it goes away on its own and isn't life threatening, who cares? It's like if you get the flu or something, big deal. It won't kill you.
