Yeah, this was definitely no accident, and of course there were innocent people, the odds that one of them set off a bomb to purposely blow their shit apart is pretty damn thin.

It's more likely to be a gasline explosion (smaller scaled, especially if it was at a pipe leading to a building, rather than a major line in the road). If it was infact a bomb, that is a pretty big bomb (especially if it was a pipebomb) to where no one wouldnt notice something out of the ordinary.
