Talk to your chain of command, chaplain, soldier service center, commander, first sergeant they will get you the help you need you stupid fuck. You don't have some magic body that is different from everyone else in the world which makes you unable to pass weight or tape with proper diet and exercise. This whole thread is probably bullshit.

You can be considered obese and have next to no body fat, i do not know the system being used by the united states military so i cant comment.

thats not true lol, being obese is due to an excessive accumulation of body fat. Not off of weight standards
