I'm way too lazy, but lets say that when 'i use to' workout I could deadlift like 520, squat 460 and legpress 1100. I got em butt n legs bro.
Though I've gotton a bit of fat on me recently =(

I am thinking I want my colors to be plum and dark red... But am considering making it black and red :)
Have the bridesmaids in black with maybe red belts or whatever. :)

Its not even that much. 275 squats are for people who weigh 130 lbs.

oh my...plum and red is giving me all kinds of amazing visuals =D
but the red and black sounds good too.
