Instant transmission doesn't require the use of air. Superman can be moved to a desolate far reach of space where the next closest planet with air to resupply for another breath could take a hundred years even moving at the speed of light. So yeah, goku > superman

Haven't seen the movies have ya? They had to give superman an oxygen tank to punch a meteor in high atmosphere. Where do you think I based that case? Lol

Superman can hold his breath indefinately.
The movies were crisis superman, the original pre crisis superman, was too strong so they got blizzard to come in and nerf him.
