No matter what law you come up with to replace gravity under normal circumstances it must condense down to the classical laws of gravity (since we have about a bazillion observations that confirm them). Kind of like how at normal speeds relativity collapses to classical mechanics to within 0.000000000000000001%.
If your theory can't be shown to do that (replicate classical observations) it's dead in the water, so you should probably mathematically show your theory condensing down to the classical equations.
