Eat 3 meals a day
Eggs, ham, toast is fine for the morning.
Do a light workout and eat a big lunch. Workout again before or after dinner but this time lift weights. If you are depressed, consider spending time to pray whether you believe or not. Don't spend too much time thinking - just go outside and occupy yourself with these tasks or you will just get stuck in your habits. Maybe pick up a physical hobby like hiking or calistenhics.
And yes this is pretty serious. Take action before it is too late.
Also go visit your doctor. Weight loss like this can be indicative of a serious medical condition whether you are depressed or not.
Smash your computer if you have to to get away from it.
Haha I'm actually not into kpop anymore, I used to be though about 3-4 years ago.
But yeah, I've only been eating 1 meal a day, and I'm like forcing myself to eat it too because honestly I don't usually feel hungry lately.
