2 or 3 a week if that... Typically only drink water or unsweetened iced tea

Quit soda 2 months ago

Only was able to do 20 pushups / 30 sit ups

Now i can do 45 push ups / 70 sit ups + (If i push myself)

Huge difference and much better feeling.


Stopped Soda, Sugary kool aid drinks and anything alike.
I will have lemonade from time to time as well, But low or no sugar additives.

when i was in college, i used to drink 3x 20oz bottles of diet mountain dew. when i got a job, it went up to 3L at its height. i slowly started replacing it with water, and now i haven't had any mountain dew in years. you can do it!

water should work. beer has way too many calories.

lately i've been mixing some drinks with 'dust': protein powder, cocoa powder, herbalife shakes, powdered lemon extract, even cocos flakes. these stirred in water
