Do this every day until you've amassed a large enough Lego collection to build a gym. Reminder to always say "sup" and flex. When you've built the gym start doing your max weight right away. After EVERY SINGLE REP say "sup" and flex. After a year of this you'll have mastered the construction of nano structures and be able to look girls in the eye.
