Try some very small sleeping stuff.

I work where it's daylight 23h/day and what I use sometimes is:

Anti-Allergy stuff that has side effect of sleeping
ZzzQuil which is a sleep helper.

Just don't take it too often as you don't want your body to become used to it for sleeping.

1-2 times / week is enought. It's 1-2 night more than before.

Meds make it worse in the long run, specially those intended purely to put you out.

I've had good experience with Mirtazapine in the past but it's mostly for weekend..

Listened to some whispering guided hypnosis last night from YouTube. Slept so deep that I didn't hear alarm. Woke up at 1 pm. 4 hours late for work.. Fuck.
