i did sprint -> walk - > sprint for like 15 min today right after i woke up

was tired as fk and almost nauseated

hopefully i lose this belly fat soon

Like... Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Or Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.

Etcetera.
