I know its not dangerous as long as its not longer than like two days, other than that I don't know anything.

I imagine it would lower your appetite, which is good I guess.

I've been between 145-155 for several years now, I wanna drop myself down to the 130's to get rid of the fat build up in my mid section from sitting down so much for years.
