It fits the bill, rape is catered to women. They feel obliged to call out rape anytime a sexual favor is not in their advantage, and I mean this only in this circumstance. I see no problem with having sex WITH YOUR GIRLFRIEND, who would otherwise not oblige if she were not sleep. If she tells you to stop, you stop. If she doesn't say anything, it doesn't mean it's rape. It just means it's a surprise, lmao.
