in the real world, which is where i live, this is how knowledge is furthered
worthy ideas are scrutinized by people qualified to do so
if they don't pass muster, they go away or turn up in general chats on gaming forums

Qualifications?
I have a BS CS and I worked on a huge array of high speed shit for the army.
I can do math tricks just as good as the next theoretical physicist but I give you evidence.

This is where I spend my time
you're rejecting the possibility of sharing novel ideas and new branches of technology for profiteering because it's where we hang out Mr. 15k posts?
