depends on how much it is, but most likely - > put 90% in index funds, use remaining 10% for speculation.

If you have a good amount of money, you should go to a financial adviser, try to find an independent one that actually tries to tailor their advice to you and not their affiliates.

why so they can have a lower yield then a fucking cat tossing toys at stocks?

while i agree with index funds cause lower fees and such its not good with larger amounts nor is it better then land if you can sit on it.

Why is it not better with larger amounts? land is not as liquid nor will it necessarily bring better returns.
