"watts" is a measurement of resistance, 100 watt lightbulb means 15amp/120v (household service) are going to be impeded 100watts (its a calculation that isn't important, but i just happened to have the formula tattooed on myself) after passing through the filament of said lightbulb.

e: so a million watt taser means not much shock (depending on the input)
