I don't think the plan is to get rid of Tommen, i think its to manipulate him forever. You're right about the incest thing, but as Robert was dead I'm not sure it qualifies as adultery either. I think the plan of the HS is to find her guilty of regicide, convict her by Lancel giving his testimony that she gave him strong wine and instructed him to over serve the king. Then they'll sprinkle in the sex they had to really make the case, even if its not a charge. Which would remove Cersei of all power over the crown.
I don't think it's the plan either, I just say it's a possibility. High Sparrow played Tommen pretty well, used the King's power to get rid of the trial by combat, this way they can judge cersei rather than zombie clegane scoring an easy win for her innocence. It was adultery, because the charge comes from Lancel's mouth, as he also stands trial. Don't remember what was said exactly in the show, thought Lancel said it had been going on before Robert's death, but maybe I'm remembering wrong. I just know Cersei admits to adultery but continues to deny the incestuous relationship with Jaime.
I'm actually more curious as to what they plan on doing in the next episode at the twins, Jaime is feasting with Walder, which is never good, but his men are all wearing armor.
