This actually happened to me back in the day, three different times. I was lucky and didn't actually hurt myself any of those times, but once I was sitting across from my ex-wife at a Chinese restaurant, once I was leaned over a cubical wall at work talking to a buddy, and once I was hacking up a lung from cleaning my pipe.
Doctors were never 100% sure what happened, but one of the suggestions involved me being dehydrated, and ever since I started keeping track of that shit, it hasn't happened again. Just a matter of figuring it out and doing some basic maintenance that seems to come easy for other folks. :P
yeah i have no idea. i don't mind feeling like shit all the time physically but i can't be collapsing. happened the other day after my walk as well, my legs just stopped working and i fell into my garden when checking the mail. fwiw is stay hydrated i just have a really low sugar diet.
