Why do you feel the need to label yourself based on a couple of preferences?

If I was bisexual, I wouldn't tell anyone. I'd simply introduce my same-sex SO to them when the day comes, if the day would come.

if it wasn't fiction but something you had to seriously deliberate, you'd understand. your 5 seconds of thought on how you'd come out as bisexual is silly.

This is true. If it wasn't fiction, the decision would weigh on me, the "staying in the closet" would weigh on me, etc. In the end I'd probably feel like I need to confess this to my friends/family, despite the fact that there's no good reason for this.

In a purely utopian world, I would not give a damn about what people think/expect of me, and I'd refuse to label myself.
