And I am sure there are plenty of women that could whoop my ass, what does that have to do with work? But I am betting I would beat the shit out of majority of women that even tried that with me. And no where did I say there aren't better women than me at what I do, but those women who do sell better than me can't do the physical labor that I can, and the select few who can do the physical labor as well most likely can't sell as well.
please explain something that a women can do in the workplace that a man cant?
I am using my work experience which includes a lot of physical labor, and to be blunt a women can't hang, why should they make the same amount as me? And nowhere do I say a women doesn't deserve equal pay, I am saying if they can't do equal work they don't deserve equal pay.

I am not saying that they cant be reliable, just that it's bullshit that they are given leeway for calling out a lot and saying it's their kid, when in reality it usually isn't. This isn't a discussion about the occasional call out. But people that call out 2+ times per month and always used the kid excuse is BS. If I did that I would be fired, but since they just say child problems it's perfectly fine.
I work retail atm... There is no women I have ever met that even comes close to my output. If they want equal pay they should be able to do everything I do, now I am not saying a women in my job should make half what I make, but I feel a dollar or 2 an hour more when I definitely bust my ass more then the women around me should be justified. Simply put... A women CANNOT do everything a man does in the employment world. I am not being sexist I am just being true here.
