Was walking downtown earlier tonight, walked by a bar, the same one I usually do, had a lot of people in it. I was a bit down the street from it outside this pizza shop which was closed, but two patrons from the bar were sitting out on the picnic tables, drinking their own booze (looked like a bottle of jack) they were completely wasted and shouting things as people walked by, nothing too rude or profane, just saying like "I LOVE YOU MAN". I walked by and he shouted "HIGH FIVE" holding his hand out, I didn't give him a high five, because he was intoxicated and made me cringe. I got to the bus station where I had a clear view at them from a distance. I called the police, said there were two extremely drunk guys sitting at the table outside the pizza shop that were shouting at passerby. Saw a cop pull up and began talking with them, they were really loud with the cop, which I feel helped my case, but they were only shouting like "OFFICER.. WE'RE JUST HAVIN' A GOOD TIME, WE'LL GO HOME" but the fact they were so loud definitely upset the cop.
Both got cuffed and hauled away.
