i'm the australian nasal irrigation champion. a nice meme is that doing it with base tap water can give you really bad infections including some brain eating bacterial infection that kills you in 10 days, right after i did the neti pot thing i started coming down with all the symtoms. think the xan gave me a sinus infection though cause i haven't had a seizure yet
