if you tired of the windows 10 upgrade showing in the system tray (where you see the time on the task bar)
login to windows with a user with administrator rights

1) push ctrl+shift+esc to open the Task manager
2) under processes find the GMX process and close it
3) navigate to c:\windows\sytems32
4) find the GMX folder and delete it (before you do you can open it. You'll see applications with the same Icon as the Win 10 upgrade in the system tray)
