I went three days once before seeing a group of ethnic Brits.

Every time I thought I'd found somebody who spoke the Queen's English and I could actually understand or trust their directions, they'd reply back in Polish and I'd have to ask in German, which worked about half the time. I'd usually end up lost anyhow. Fun times.
