I'm not trolling either, I did call the police on those guys for smoking weed in the park. It's bad enough they purchase it illegally and smoke it in their homes illegally, but out in public? 4/20 is a horrible day, it spreads drug culture to the youth. Feel like I did my part by calling the police.

I did use the non-emergency number. Drinking and smoking aren't illegal... I wish they were. I mean, I have called the police on people drinking before, because they were drinking in public, but also many times because they were having loud parties. Especially when I was younger, because the people were around my age and underage drinking, I'd get those parties shut down pretty fast by calling police.
