Casein is for overnight protein absorption because it digests twice as slow as other protein. Since you're not waking up every 2-3 hours to eat, this is ideal. You wouldn't want to have a large casein shake during the day since it would keep you full for longer, making it harder to eat more protein. It also makes you feel like shit for 2 hours, but that's a different story all together.
At this point, you have to be trolling.
You know how much cholesterol is in chicken, plus constant red meat intake is really bad for your heart.
If you want to look great now but die when you're 65, go ahead.
