This, so you quit crying on JSP about not having a life.

i was a hardcore smoker and i stopped in one day, few tips:

- if you plan having kids, set your stopping pot day like 1 year after your first is born

- quit cigarette at same time if you smoke that shit too

- don't tell your entourage that you plan to quit until you decided of your stopping day. But when you decide, make sure you tell it to people that are important to you. The goal of this is to take your entourage by surprise doing something they didn't expect from you, and you put maximum pressure on yourself cause you don't want to them to consider you as someone who fail, as someone who talk but don't act. Should have a feeling like it's a heroic quest, you are a jedi or whatever you like.

- Be sure you have at least 14 grams of very good weed in your freezer for at least 3 years after you stopped, this is way you are not confused by if you either have no weed or if you decided to quit.

- As much as possible, avoid relation with friends that smoke either weed or tobacco, for at least 3 years, your true friends will understand what you are doing if you explain.

- if you decide to take a puff later after you quit, be sure there is 0 tobacco in the joint.
