sigh you just seem to barely grasp the cusp of guns. there are smgs that are under 10 pounds, there are revolvers over ten pounds.
federal class 3 weapons licenses allow you to own whatever you want, even ray guns.
16 inch barrels are also covered under the class 3.
police dont have more gun rights than american citizens unless they are federal agents.
100 round preban mags are legal in plenty of states. some states even allow for newly produced ones.

i can buy these all day

im 99% sure there isnt anyone on d2jsp with a class 3.

no but to say it is illegal is INCORRECT. you can own one legally in many different ways. if i was a wildlife game warden i could own that. its not too restricted.

to answer op's orriginal post. the sig sauer is a far supperior gun to the taurus below. however ugly the shiny oily color'd slide
which should be obvious from the prices.... i will say if your looking for less recoil more accuracy sub compact is a mistake
fullsize or compact are great, subcompact has a 3' barrel on the sig... so its gonna be hella bad on accuarcy and recoil.
