publix is the best place for me to buy steaks locally


they actually butcher their own cows at my local publix as there are not many slaughterhouses in the area but there are cow pastures

I was talking about baking as in like a pan.. which I normally do. But are you saying baking a steak in an oven is bad? That's actually what most good restaurants do with their meats.
