umm.. i dont think the hairstyle itself has a name. Most dont. I think the whole punk look and shit is pretty cool, but not the gell'd look. Gel is just disguisting cause it's all crusty and hard.

But if that's what you're into, just grow your hair out long, like maybe even slightly longer than that. And bring a picture (preferably several from different angles) to a NICE hairdresser.
You're going to have to pay probably like $20, but it's worth it. Don't go to some lame barbershop or aunt, it won't work.\
