it has mass amounts of programs in the "tools" section on the site

hyperdesktop is my favorite.. you use it & it gives you hotkeys to take either full screen screenshots or you select the area. then it uploads it & gives you the link:

notice how the link shown is the first images url.. so double click & it's good

also in settings you can have it automatically open a new tab with your image when it's done uploading (which I do)
