I used to work along these lines, low volatge electrician (teledata) was some fun stuff!

I've never messed with any of those lines. Other than the electrical (non-data) lines.

I just happen to use that pole for the repeater (tiny white thing) lol

should teach me how to correctly identify different wires on poles, fiber & power are pretty easy but these crack heads claim there's no cable on a main road 7 miles away and the line is like 2 inches in diameter I know it's a main cable run for the whole city from the northern city.

I'd say it's more amazing to have a half intelligent guy browsing those cancer sites, and I'd feel bad for his wasted time if he was.

I meant i used to work along the same lines as you, as in like.. i used to install repeaters, data lines (cat5 ect) phone lines. Same voltage as your repeater there. I didn't get to touch the high voltage power lines haha.

oh wtf so it's all obsolete

best repeaters I've found that are 180 degrees or better for directional transmission are $45 and go 350feet in perfect conditions, and get through rain decently well, maybe 200 feet in super bad rain (like the worst the state has)

The ones i installed were a bit more expensive, right between 4-6k per and have a range of up to 700-1000 feet.
