he died of some heart problems in like thailand or taiwan, i forget which, but it's a place that you can pretty much legally buy and use steroids. just saying, he had a nice physique and seemed pretty cool. i care more about the lifting aspect of it than emulating him.

Yeah, I know all about him. Just saying that looking fit and being healthy are 2 different things. I'd rather not look fit and be healthy than be fit and not be healthy.

it's pretty easy to attain both of those though. over the past 6 months, i've cut a lot of fat from my body and gained quite a bit of muscle. you'd be surprised how much doing all that physical work affects your mental and emotional. your thinking is clearer, your mood is better, your outlook on things is great. it's motivating and probably the best hobby any person could have. i'd recommend lifting or just exercising to anyone.

you don't know enough on the subject to actually converse with. i don't feel like explaining everything and telling you that his steroid use/abuse was speculative and informing you on every little detail. i don't care that the guy did steroids if he did, so what. if he did, good, i would rather aspire to be someone like him and do it natural, to attain his physique naturally or at least try to.

edit: as far as picking you apart goes; i wouldn't look to make you mad, that's not pleasing enough. i can tell what kind of girl you are and could probably produce a fairly accurate image in my mind of what you look like in real life. you're below me in more ways than i care to describe.
