Print Screen button, paste into Paint.

use whatever cam software that came with your laptop

or start using your cam on messenger/tc/etc and then take a screen shot.

Hitting Print Screen takes a screen shot of whatever is showing on your screen.
If you have your webcam on, take a screen shot, paste into paint and just move it and edit it where only the pic of you shows.
If that makes sense
