I can.
the reason it's so damn inflamed is because she didn't use proper equipment and pushed wayy toooo hard.
that tattoo is going to be raised.
and the line work isn't very good.
tattoos, regardless of the person getting the tattoo, if done by a good artist look very very good when first finished.

If you read, I said I am not a tattoo artist at all anyway.
I know it healed well an wasnt raised, elsewise I don't care.
kid didn't pay for it, so not like I really cared.
Some others on here really suck at their hobbies too.

I haven't done a tattoo in over a year anyway :p
